Accessibility

What is in place

• Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a logical heading order on every page.
• A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, and full keyboard operation including the mobile navigation, which closes on Escape.
• Text and interface colours checked against the AA contrast thresholds.
• Every form field has a real label, required fields are marked, and validation errors are announced in text next to the field rather than by colour alone.
• Animation is limited and is disabled entirely for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.
• The page language is declared on the document, and the language switcher marks each option with its own language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
• Layouts use relative units and reflow without horizontal scrolling down to narrow viewports and at 200% zoom.
• Korean text is set with word-break rules that stop words splitting mid-token.

Known limitations

• This site has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit.
• We have not yet run testing sessions with people who use assistive technology daily, which is the only way to find the problems automated checks miss.
• Fonts are loaded from a third-party host. If that request is slow or blocked, text renders in a fallback face, which changes appearance but not readability.
• Some third-party pages we link to may not meet the same standard. We do not control them.

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, please email us. Telling us the page address, what you were trying to do and what assistive technology and browser you were using helps us reproduce it quickly. We will acknowledge within five working days and tell you what we intend to do.
